Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful Rooms really clean, breakfast was lovely and location was super.
room was quite small but that was ok as we didnt stay there for long.

A very average hotel
Hotel was fine nothing special. I believe the hotel is a mix of tourists and people living there who move rooms / congregate which created some noise. This didn’t affect us but may be relevant to others.
The door slamming was noticeable on our corridor.

Pleasant
Some of the staff at the reception were very helpful. The hotel is in a really nice neighbourhood close to the Kensington gardens and metro stations Queensway and Bayswater.
One of the staff members in the luggage room was quite rude. There was no fridge in the room which was quite surprising. The TV was very small and half the channels did not work. The room and bathroom were very small. Window in the room could not be opened. Shower was very weak and the water temperature was difficult to set (it was either too hot or too cold). The room walls were paper thin so we could hear loud snoring from the neighbouring room which affected our sleep.
