It was okay, only really was there to sleep but would be to cramped to spend any longer then sleepin
was over for London pride, it was very handy as the hotel was so close as in walking distance to the nearest tube station bayswater. Hotel was quiet as not overcrowded with people
we booked a double room and it was very very small, we actually had problems getting through the room with our luggage as it was such a tight space between the desk and the bed, although there was a double bed in the room it literally took up the entire place, breakfast was only all right. You could literally hear the person above us in the room flushing the toilet and made a huge noise. the lift in the hotel near the bathrooms left of reception was an absolute joke it took ages to come and when arrived it had dirty towels left in the elevator with a wheel that feel of housekeeping trolley

With a bit of a device up and better lighting I think this hotel could really up its game.
Location was brilliant and in a really nice area of London. Room was clean and adequate for just sleeping.
Little bit tired. Staff could have been a little more smiley but were polite and efficient.

Good location, helpful staff, in need of decorating.
It was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Good location for gigs at Hyde Park.
The room was tiny and quite tired looking. The walls were marked and in need of a freshen up.
